Our patient journey

Creating a positive patient experience at Raphael hospital is one of our main priorities. To achieve this, we have established a personal and unique service unit which role is to accompany patients throughout their journey at the hospital.
Our staff was carefully selected and has been specially trained to assist and assure patients' wellbeing at every step of hospitalization.
