Here at Raphael Hospital, we place great importance on providing an equal, respectful, and independent service to all who come through our doors, and constantly work to adapt our services to the entire population, including people with physical, cognitive, sensory, verbal or mental disabilities. Below is the list of accessibility adjustments available at our hospital.
Parking at Atidim Park is free for a vehicle with a Handicapped Parking Permit, but only when the permit holder is in the vehicle.
There are 4 Handicapped Accessible parking spots right next to the building: two near the main entrance lobby (southern end of the hospital), and two more at the northern end.
At the main entrance lobby of the hospital, there is a handicapped-accessible ramp.

A team of security guards at the service of visitors and patients, for guidance and assistance at any time
Hearing and speech aid - induction loop (can also be obtained in the pre-surgery department)
Elevators
There are two elevators at the hospital for use by patients and visitors, that comply with all accessibility standards, and include a bell, lighting, and audio instructions.
The room entrance is wide and compatible with wheelchairs.
All rooms have adjustable beds.
The bathrooms in the rooms have a wide entrance for wheelchair access, a handrail, and an accessible toilet.
Accessible toilets are available on every floor.
Throughout the lobbies and corridors of the hospital, starting from the main entrance, there are floor markings for accessibility.
The hospital is linked to the interpreting system of the center for the hearing-challenged and sign language speakers, through the voice of the health center. Service and information center – Kol HaBriyut *5400

Entrance of guide dogs and service dogs is permitted throughout the hospital, except for areas marked as medical activity zones.
