Payment arrangements


Providing quality and advanced medicine to the public is a significant part of our activity at Raphael Hospital. The hospital has agreements with most of the insurance companies and HMOs (as part of ‘Shaban’ – additional health services), in accordance with the medical services basket and the rights specified in the insurance policy.

The supplementary medical insurance offered by the HMOs and the health insurance offered by the insurance companies enable patients to select the hospital and the surgeon. Check the patient’s rights with the funding entity in order to ensure full rights realization.

If the surgery is privately funded or paid by the HMO, and a deductible is required, payment must be made in advance. 

Do I have to pay a deductible?

The deductible amount is set by the funding entity. To receive information about the deductible amount contact the funding entity directly.

What are the payment options?

Payment by bank transfer. For information and instructions for executing the transfer click on the link>>

Note: payment must be executed at least two business days before the surgery date.

Maximum number of payment installments?

When paying with a credit card or a bank check, up to 3 interest-free and non-linked payments.

What happens if the surgery is postponed and payment has been executed?

The executed payment will be applied to the new scheduled surgery date.
