At Raphael Hospital, we offer social services for patients convenience and well-being.
Service Areas:
- Providing information to patients and their families about rights and services provided by healthcare providers, Bituach Leumi (Social Security), nursing companies and relevant support organisations.
Preparation for discharge in accordance with medical recommendation, referral to healthcare provider for rehabilitation, or to a private institution.
Assistance with the emotional needs resulting from the disease and/or the hospitalization.
Assistance in claiming rights for holocaust survivors.
Bariatric committees
Guidance and assistance with dealing with domestic violence.
Referral to Social Services
- Through a referral by the hospital staff.
Direct contact from the patient or a relative to the social worker or to the nursing staff.
