Dr. Yuri Manuskin began his career as a surgeon in 1990 in the Soviet Union.
He did an internship in general surgery at Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon and Tel Hashomer Hospital.
Upon completion of the internship in 2001 he began working at Barzilai Hospital as a Senior Surgeon of the Department of General Surgery and Vascular Surgery.
Simultaneously, Dr. Manoskin has been a lecturer at Ben-Gurion University from 2001 until today.
In 2009 he was appointed Deputy Director of the Department.
Since 2010 and serves as the director of the professional unit at Barzilai Hospital and since 2013 center and director of service in the treatment of hernias.
Since 2015, Dr. Manuskin has joined the group of experts at Asia Medical and performs surgeries using advanced minimally invasive methods to treat all types of hernias, gallstones, obesity and gastric and intestinal tumors.
Since 2016, a surgeon with obese patients at Maayan Hayeshua Hospital in Bnei Brak
He is currently the director of the Advanced Laparoscopy Unit at Assuta Ashdod Public Hospital.
Dr. Manoskin - A major in the reserve unit, served in the IDF as a medical officer for 20 years. 10 years in a special unit in the Air Force. Received the Chief of Staff Medal of Merit.
