Everything family members and other visitors should know
Visitors Guidelines
• Before entering the patient’s room and/or touching the patient or its immediate surroundings, you must wash hands or disinfect them using a disinfectant found at every room entrance/bedside.
• Family members and visitors are prohibited from sitting on patients' beds and nearby beds, in order to reduce the risk of infection in the surgery environment.
• You may stay by patients’ side throughout the day, from 07.00 until 21.00.
• During doctor rounds or nurse treatment only one visitor may be present.
• Overnight stay with inpatients is not possible, except by prior arrangement and approval. Parents are permitted to accompany their child 24/7.

“Shalosh” Bistro is available at the ground floor, open from 08.00-21.00
• Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hospital, with the exception of designated smoking areas.

We kindly ask that patients and family members treat the hospital staff and medical staff with respect, refrain from any form of violence (verbal and physical) and provide complete and detailed information about the condition of your health, in accordance with the instructions you receive.
