The International Services Department at Raphael Hospitals

The Department of International Services at Raphael Hospital provides comprehensive accompanied assistance to patients and family members across the course of treatment.

Each patient is given a devoted member of our team, who provides personalized support from the first consultation until treatment
completion. We believe that the patient’s primary focus should be on medical treatment and recovery, and therefore, we offer the following:

  • Guidance and information in several languages provided by Raphael’s personal assistant.
  • Constant consultation with leading physicians in all medical fields.
  • Additional logistical help, including appointment scheduling, lodging and transportation, financial and  administrative support, and visa aid, among other things.
